Практичні засади дослiдження емоцiйного складника в художньому тексті

Abstract

У статті описано основні способи вираження емоцій у тексті художнього спрямування за допомогою лексичних, синтаксичних, семантичних та стилістичних засобів вираження емоцій. Актуальність дослідження визначається використанням автором конструкцій, що виражають виразний емоційний стан героїв літературного тексту. Метою дослідження є виявлення та систематизація вербальних та невербальних засобів актуалізації емоційного стану персонажів у літературному тексті автором. Завданням дослідження є вивчення ролі емоцій у художньому тексті та способів реалізації емоцій у літературних текстах. Об'єктом дослідження є роман «Театр» С. Моема, що містить вирази, які вказують на емоційний стан. Предметом дослідження є вербальні та невербальні засоби актуалізації емоційного стану персонажів художнього тексту. У роботі були використані такі методи дослідження, як метод аналізу та порівняння емоційних станів героїв, метод порівняння для висновків матеріалу. Теоретична цінність дослідження полягає у тому, що результати та висновки дослідження розвивають положення про засоби реалізації емоційної компетентності оратора. Дослідження невербальних засобів позначення емоцій поглиблює знання про функціональний потенціал компонентів невербальної комунікації. Практична цінність полягає у використанні результатів дослідження в теоретичних курсах соціолінгвістики, психолінгвістики, конґнітивної лінгвістики та ін. Науковою новизною є спроба визначити вербальні та невербальні засоби для характеристики емоційного стану персонажів художнього тексту. Визначено прагматичні різновиди різних конструкцій емоційних виразів; розкрито та описано комунікативні можливості актуалізації різних типів емоцій на прикладі певного літературного твору. Стаття зображує використання емоцій у текстах за допомогою вербальних та невербальних засобів. У статті спостерігається використання різних типів емоцій, виражені лексичними, лексико-стилістичними та граматичними засобами. Установлено, який відсоток позитивних та негативних емоцій був використаний. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідження та з’ясовано особливості використання різних емоцій персонажів.

The paper describes basic ways of expressing emotions in texts via lexical, syntactic, semantic and stylistic means of expressing emotions. The topicality of the investigation is defined by the author’s use of constructions that express a distinct emotional state of the characters in a literary text. The research aim is identification and systematization of verbal and non-verbal means of actualizing the characters’ emotional state in a literary text. The research objectives are to study the role of emotions in a literary text and the ways of realizing emotions in literary texts; text details in order to find out the presence of language means expressing emotions in it. The object of investigation is the novel "Theater" of S. Maugham which contains expressions to indicate the emotional state. The subject of the research is verbal and non-verbal means of actualizing the emotional state of characters in the artistic text. In the paper research methods such as analysis and comparison method of emotional states and comparison method for making conclusions of the material were used. The theoretical value of the research lies in the fact that the results and conclusions of the study develop the provisions on the means of implementing the emotional competence of the speaker. Investigation of non-verbal means to denote emotions deepens knowledge about the functional potential of non-verbal communication components. The practical value is the usage of the research findings in theoretical courses of sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, congnitive linguistics etc. The scientific novelty is our attempt to identify verbal and non-verbal means for characterizing the emotional state of characters in a literary text; pragmatic varieties of different constructs of emotional expressions are determined; revealed and described the communicative possibilities of actualization of different types of emotions on the example of a particular literary work. The article depicts the use of emotions in the texts throughout verbal and non-verbal means. We can observe the use of various types of emotions that are being implemented: lexical, lexico-stylistic, and grammatical expressions of emotions. We figured out what percentage of positive and negative emotions were used. In the conclusions the results of the research were generalized and the peculiarities of the usage of different emotions of the characters were clarified.
