Фасцинативні дискурсивні стратегії ненасильницької комунікації (на матеріалі сучасної англійської мови)

Abstract

У статті розкрито поняття ненасильницької комунікації в ракурсі сучасних лінгвістичних парадигм, як-от емотіологія, дискурсологія та теорія невербальної семіотики. Актуальність роботи зумовлена тим, що сучасний світ потребує створення умов урегулювання міжособистісних стосунків мовців у процесі комунікативної взаємодії, побудови гармонійного комфортного середовища міжособистісної інтеракції, надання адекватного емоційного відгуку в процесі комунікації, надання підтримки одне одному. Позитивне емоційне ставлення учасників комунікації, здатність розпізнавати емоційний стан іншого, вміння вислухати його, виявити зацікавлену позицію до нього, прийняти емоційні переживання сприяє створенню простору ненасильницької комунікації. У праці досліджується репертуар фасцинативних стратегій, які мають місце в ненасильницькій комунікації. Фасцинативні стратегії сприяють успішному контакту, який передбачає те, що співрозмовникам вдалося досягти емоційного взаєморозуміння, визначити параметри комунікативної дистанції, сформувати довіру, позитивно налаштуватися. У дослідженні наголошено на комунікативному потенціалі фасцинації як ефективного комунікативного феномену з інтенціональною домінантою завоювання уваги адресата, створення позитивного враження через вербальні і невербальні засоби емпатії, симпатії, захоплення з метою створити комфортне ненасильницьке спілкування. Здійснено спробу побудувати формулу ненасильницької комунікації із залученням вербальних та невербальних засобів емпатії та фасцинації. Особливості емпатії у вигляді взаємоузгодження позицій, взаєморозуміння співрозмовників є передумовами формування ненасильницького спілкування. Мовленнєві особливості вираження емпатії, які передають відповідність знаку емоційних переживань учасників спілкування, демонстрація співчуття, підтримування гармонійності комунікативної взаємодії співрозмовників супроводжують ненасильницьке спілкування, що призводить до фасцинативного ефекту.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the concept of non-violent communication in the perspective of modern linguistic paradigms, in particular emotiology, discourse and nonverbal semiotics. The topicality is connected to the fact that the modern world urgently needs to create conditions for the settlement of interpersonal relationships of speakers in the process of communicative interaction, constructing a harmonious comfortable environment in interpersonal interaction, providing adequate emotional response, support to each other. Positive emotional attitude of communication participants, the ability to recognize the emotional state of another, ability to listen to him, to show an interested position in him, to adopt emotional experiences contributes to the creation of non-violent communication. The work investigates the repertoire of fascination strategies that occur in non-violent communication. Fascination strategies contribute to a successful fascinating contact, which suggests that the interlocutors manage to achieve emotional mutual understanding in order to determine the parameters of the communicative distance, to formulate confidence and tune positively. This study also emphasizes the communicative potential of fascinations as an effective communicative phenomenon with an intentional dominant of attention to the addressee, creating a positive impression through verbal and non-verbal means of empathy, admiration in order to create non-violent communication. An attempt was made to build a formula for non-violent communication with the usage of verbal and non-verbal empathy and fascination. Features of empathy in the form of mutual implementation of positions, mutual understanding of the interlocutors, serve as preconditions for the formation of non-violent communication. The speech features of expression of empathy that transmit the correspondence of the emotional experience sign of communication participants, a demonstration of compassion, maintaining the harmony of communicative interaction of interlocutors accompanies non-violent communication, which results in a fascinative effect.
