Текстологічні проблеми «колодяженського зошита»

Abstract

У статті розглядається наслідки редагування фольклорних текстів у записах Лариси та Ольги Косач, уміщених у «колодяженському зошиті», в редакціях 12-томного зібрання творів (1977), окремого видання (2006) та повного академічного зібрання творів у 14 томах. Вже перше видання зазнало значного олітературення, начебто заради загальної доступності для читача. Внаслідок такого редагування постраждала як поетична якість текстів, так і їхня наукова достовірність. Ця обставина, безумовно, позначилась на відсутності як текстологічних, так і фольклорно-поетичних досліджень збірника. Мета цього дослідження показати наслідки такого «покращення» на конкретних прикладах. Окреме видання, видане 2006 р., де поряд із репринтним відтворенням рукопису було вміщено тексти, скопійовані з 12-томника засвідчили невідповідність відредагованого тексту рукопису, але створило можливість текстологічного аналізу збірки. Зрозуміло, що академічне видання було покликане усунути цей недолік і подати тексти в редакції записувачів, спорядивши їх відповідними коментарями. З цим завданням упорядники 9-го тому «Повного академічного зібрання творів» Лесі Українки впоралися лише наполовину. Тексти в ній подані у відповідності з автографами, після чого набули наукової достовірності. Оскільки це один із перших фольклористичних доробків Лесі Українки, нова публікація дає можливість простежити становлення її як фольклористки. Дискусійно сприймаються деякі коментарі, внаслідок чого загалом виникає сумнів у їх необхідності при такій якості і задекларованому рівні академізму. Тож робота над текстами видання не може вважатися вичерпною й завершеною. Вона, на думку автора, потребує істотних фахових уточнень і доповнень.

The article considers the consequences of editing folklore texts in Larysa and Olga Kosach; sentries in the “Kolodyazhnnenskiy notebook”, in the editions of a 12-volume collection of works (1977), a separate edition (2006) and a complete academic collection of works in 14 volumes. Already the first edition has undergone considerable literature, as if for the sake of general accessibility for the reader. As a result of such editing, both the poetic quality of the texts and their scientific authenticity suffered. This circumstance, of course, affected the lack of both textual and folklore-poetic studies of the collection. The purpose of this study is to show the consequences of such “improvement” on specific examples. A separate edition, published in 2006, where, along with the reprint reproduction of the manuscript, texts copied from the 12-volume were included, testified to the inconsistency of the edited text of the manuscript, but created the possibility of textual analysis of the collection. It is clear that the academic publication was designed to eliminate this shortcoming and submit texts to the editors of the recorders, equipping them with appropriate comments. That would be right from an academic point of view. The compilers of the 9th volume of the 14-volume “Complete Academic Collection of Works” by Lesya Ukrainka coped with this task only halfway. The texts in it are presented in accordance with the autographs, after which they acquired scientific authenticity. As this is one of the first folklore works of Lesya Ukrainka, the new publication provides an opportunity to trace her formation as a folklorist. Some comments are debatable, as a result of which there are general doubts about their necessity with such a quality and a declared level of academism. Therefore, the work on the texts of the publication cannot be considered exhaustive and complete. According to the author, it needs significant professional clarifications and additions.
