Інноваційні аспекти аграрного розвитку регіону

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості формування інноваційних підходів до забезпечення ефективного аграрного господарювання. Окреслено необхідність впровадження інноваційних технологій, зокрема у напрямі виробництва органічної продукції. Обґрунтовано вагомість формування інтелектуального потенціалу у сфері аграрного розвитку, де ключовою основою є особистісна людська здатність накопичувати інформаційні знання, навички, вміння й генерувати творчі ідеї. Зазначене в сукупності формуватиме синергічний ефект для досягнення результативності й ефективності аграрного господарювання на інноваційній основі з задіянням технологій вирощування екологічно чистої (органічно) продукції. При цьому важливим є рівень кваліфікації управлінського персоналу здатного креативно й інноваційно мислити продукуючи результативні ідеї. Відмічено, що існування конкурентного середовища вимагає постійної взаємодії між товаровиробниками й споживачами продукції, вивчення їх попиту й оцінювання можливостей щодо власних пропозицій. Виокремлено доцільність створення агрокластерного утворення на інноваційній основі. Доцільним є, у процесі формування інноваційних підходів до забезпечення розвитку аграрної сфери, врахування регіональних особливостей, оскільки будь-який регіон має власні специфічні властивості, що зумовлюються як географічним розташування, так і природно- кліматичними умовами. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності поєднання зусиль державних і владних структур, установ науки і освіти та інноваційного агробізнесу. Задіяння комплексного підходу до вирішення проблемних питань інноваційного розвитку аграрного господарювання в регіоні сприятиме формуванню конкурентоздатного іміджевого середовища, що в подальшому дасть поштовх до розширеного відтворення аграрного сектору.

The article takes into account the peculiarities of the innovative approaches formation to ensure efficiency for agriculture. Were outlined needed for the introduction of innovative technologies, in particular, for organic production direction. Justified, that forms of intellectual potential, in the field of agricultural development, are substantiated, as a key basis for such development is personal human's ability to accumulate information, knowledge, to generate content and creative ideas. The wording of the synergistic effect to achieve effective agricultural management on the innovative basis with the usage of technologies for organic production. In parallel, highlighted the importance of qualification level for management staff capable of thinking creatively and innovatively to produce productive ideas. It is noted that the existence of a competitive environment requires constant interaction between manufacturer and product's consumers, studying their demand and assessing opportunities for their own proposals. The expediency of creating an agro cluster on an innovative basis is highlighted. It is advisable, in the process of forming innovative approaches to ensure the development of the agricultural sector, taking into account regional features, as each region has its own specific properties, due to both geographical location and climatic conditions. During the article, emphasis was placed on the need to combine the efforts of state and government agencies, institutions of science, and education in innovative agribusiness. Usage of a comprehensive approach to solving the problematic issues of innovative agricultural management development in the region will contribute to the formation of a competitive image environment, which in turn will give impetus to the expanded reproduction of the agricultural sector.
