| Abstract: | Formation of nomina agentium and nomina atributiva names of persons bу morphology-syntactic method in Slovak language in comparison with according names in Ukrainian language is shown in the article. lt is established that morphology-syntactic method is productive in formation of nomina agentium and nomina atributiva names of persons in both languages. Adjectives, adverbial participles and pronouns are substantivated in Slovak and Ukrainian languages. In both languages nomina atributiva names are formed bу substantivation of adjectives and nomina agentium names - bу substantivation of adverbial participles. |
