Асоціативне поле концепту МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА

Abstract

У статті йдеться про виявлення рис концепту МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА на лінгвістичному регіональному та на міжнародному рівнях. Розглянута семантична структура поняття МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА і деякі аспекти її впливу на процес розвитку українського суспільства в мyльтилінгвальному аспекті. Наголошено, що концепт МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА став поширеним феноменом в українському та європейському сучасних суспільствах. Вивчення лінгвістичної ситуації суспільства може вважатися важливим засобом формування здатності вести міжкультурні діалоги. Порівняння особливостей феномену МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА, виявлених у різних країнах завдяки асоціативному експерименту, допомагає виявити їхні національні особливі риси, які сприяють більш глибокому розумінню як іноземної, так і національної мови і культури. Будь-яка лінгвістична система є відкритою й відносно стабільною. Щодо методів та засобів навчання, то вони можуть відрізнятися залежно від концепту для вивчення. У статті даний детальний опис та визначення поняття МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА, яке зафіксоване у документах ЄС, що показують сучасний рівень лінгвістичного розвитку суспільства у відношенні до онлайн експерименту , проведеного у таких країнах, як Україна, Франція, Німеччина, Польща. У статті показані спільні та відмінні особливості польової структури концепту МОВНА ПОЛІТИКА, проведеного у мультилінгвальному соціолінгвістичному оточенні. Проведений асоціативний експеримент виявив спільні і відмінні концептуальні ознаки, що зумовлюється культурно-історичними особливостями формування нації, а також індивідуальними особливостями опитуваних. Представники тієї самої мови і культури можуть мати асоціації із загально прийнятним концептом, що значно відрізняється від носіїв з інших культур. Це може пояснюватися екстралінгвістичними чинниками.

The article deals with the issues where features of the concept of LANGUAGE POLICY are revealed on both linguistic regional and international levels. It covers the semantic structure of LANGUAGE POLICY and some aspects of its influence on the process of development of Ukrainian society in a multilingual aspect. It is emphasized that LANGUAGE POLICY has become a widespread phenomenon in Ukrainian and European modern societies. Learning a linguistic situation in a society can be considered to be an important means of forming the ability to conduct intercultural dialogues. The comparison of the peculiarities of the phenomenon LANGUAGE POLICY revealed due to the associative experiment in different countries helps to outline their national specific features, which contribute to a deeper understanding of both the foreign and the native language and culture. Any linguistic system is open and fairly stable. As for the methods and learning tools, they can vary depending on the applicable learning concept. The article gives detailed descriptions of definition of the concept LANGUAGE POLICY fixed in references and EU documents that show the contemporary level of the linguistic development of the society in correlation to online experiment done in such countries as Ukraine, France, Germany, Poland. The article shows common and different peculiarities in the field structures of the concept LANGUAGE POLICY done in a multilingual sociolinguistic surroundings. We have found out that representatives of the same language and culture may have associations of generally accepted concept that are significantly different from those of the speakers from other cultures. This is explained by extralinguistic factors.
