Науково-теоретичні аспекти циклічності розвитку економіки

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню наукових підходів до розуміння сутнісних особливостей циклічності розвитку економічної системи. Розглянуто ок-ремі підходи до наукового трактування циклічності розвитку економіки, особливос-тей прояву економічних циклів і кризових явищ у межах економічних систем на різних рівнях, зокрема мікро-, мезо- та макрорівні. Обґрунтовано наукові аспекти сутніс-ного розуміння економічних циклів, циклічних коливань у їх взаємозумовленості між явищами й подіями економічного характеру, циклічними й нециклічними факторами впливу на формування ринкової кон’юнктури. Відзначено роль науково-технічного прогресу й інноваційних впроваджень, які формують синергічний ефект забезпе-чення економічного розвитку. У процесі наукового пошуку виявлено окремі закономі-рності еволюційного характеру, що проявляються в інтервальних періодах економі-чних циклів і супроводжуються як розвитком і процвітанням економіки країни, так і спадними та кризовими тенденціями.

The article is devoted to the study of scientific approaches to understanding the essential features of the cyclical development of the economic system. During the re-search, it was found that a characteristic feature of economic development is its cyclicality, which is accompanied by separate periods of depression, imbalance and instability of devel-opment in the conditions of economic crises, unevenness of economic growth, or downward trends (recession). Separate approaches to the scientific interpretation of the cyclicality of eco-nomic development, the peculiarities of the manifestation of economic cycles and crisis phe-nomena within economic systems at different levels, in particular the micro-, meso-, and macro-levels, are considered. The scientific aspects of the essential understanding of eco-nomic cycles, cyclical fluctuations in their interdependence between phenomena and events of an economic nature, cyclical and non-cyclical factors influencing the formation of market conditions are justified. Attention is focused on the actualization of the consideration of theo-retical provisions regarding the substantiation of K-cycles in the process of forecasting the modern development of economic systems, as a dynamic factor influence on the permanence of social changes, which are characterized by irreversible phenomena and laws of the devel-opment of society, while remaining the dominant form of socio-economic cycles forming mod-ern trends geoeconomic and geopolitical development. The use of these provisions outline the possibility of forming probabilistic, potentially confirmed forecasts of the socio-economic de-velopment of the country and its regions for the future The role of scientific and technical progress and innovative implementations, which form a synergistic effect of ensuring economic development, is noted. At the same time, the men-tioned implementations are a transition to a new, innovative cycle, strengthening the mentioned effect both at the initial stage of development and in the process itself. It is noted that the wave-like nature of the formation of innovative economic cycles is determined by certain prerequi-sites, which relate to the presence of scientific discoveries and technical inventions, as well as the possibilities of their application in the field of management. It is outlined that the innovative factor is the basis of the balanced development of large cycles. In the process of scientific research, certain laws of an evolutionary nature were revealed, which manifest themselves in the interval periods of economic cycles and are accompanied by both the development and prosperity of the country's economy, as well as downward and crisis tendencies.
