Сутність феномену та інструментарій інформаційної війни

Abstract

У статті аналізується сутність поняття «інформаційна війна» та його вплив на розвиток міжнародних відносин, а також роль інформаційної війни в неоголошеній війні Російської Федерації проти України. Досліджується феномен інформаційної війни, процес її зародження та розвиток, форми прояву та методи реалізації. Знання про потужність, методи, засоби інформаційної війни, яка реалізується як форма інформаційного протистояння, стає основним інструментом досягнення геополітичного домінування на міжнародній арені, а водночас є певним гарантом побудови ефективної системи інформаційної безпеки.

The article explores the essence of the concept of "information warfare" and its influence on the development of international relations and the role of information warfare in an undeclared war against the Russian Federation, Ukraine. The study of the phenomenon of information warfare, the process of its origin and development, manifestations and methods of implementation. Knowledge of power, methods, means of information warfare, which is implemented as a form of information confrontation, is the main tool for achieving geopolitical dominance in the international arena, and at the same time is a certain guarantee of an effective system of information security.
