Abstract:	Cтаття присвячена визначенню впливу процесу становлення спільної міграційної політики Європейського Союзу на Україну, проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу визначеної галузі. Досліджено, як формування міграційної політики в рамках єдиного європейського простору впливає на процес вироблення та реалізації вітчизняної політики в означеній сфері. In the article the author undertook the attempt to determine the influence of the making of the general migratory policy of the European Union in the Ukraine, to analyze the normative-lawful base of this sphere. To determine how molding of the migratory policy within the framework of united European space influences the process of development and realization of domestic migratory policy.
