| Abstract: | The article deals with the lexico-etymological, territorial, structural and word-building characteristics of the names connected with notion "rainbow" in the East-Slavic dialects. The author is of the opinion that the Ukrainian names "радуга" and "райдуга" should bе considered as composites but not prefix derivatives. |
