| Abstract: | The landscapes in A.Кrymsky's collection "Palm branches" are distinguished bу а deep psychological concealed meaning and suggestivity. The newness of the landscapes is not so much in their exotic character, descriptions of distant unknown lands as in their psychologism and complication of the symbolical language which combines poetical codes of completely different art systems. Describing contrasts of nature the poet succeeded in revealing а disharmonious world of human soui. Fresh colours of words, semantics of а new poeticai language, the language of early Ukrainian symbolism, appeared as а result of the approaching poetical systems of the East and the West. |
