Специфіка підготовки курсантів системи МВС у вищих закладах освіти в контексті професійного спілкування

Abstract

У статті акцентовано увагу на недостатній підготовці курсантів системи МВС у вищих закладах освіти до професійного спілкування. Визначено зовнішні фактори, шо негативно впливають на культуру спілкування. Представлено деструктивні прояви некомпетентної поведінки працівників поліції. Розглянуто важливість проведення модернізації діяльності правоохоронних органів. Визначено важливість високого рівня сформованості рідної комунікативної компетенції для працівників правоохоронних органів. Представлено теоретичне підґрунтя компетентностей професійного спілкування курсантів. Розглянуто вимоги до змістовного наповнення професійно-комунікативної діяльності фахівця. Окреслено мету та змістовне наповнення дисципліни «Українська мова (за фаховим спрямуванням)». Охарактеризовано мову професійного спілкування та її ключові складові. Визначено особистісний критерій впливу на мову професійного спілкування. Наголошено на важливості застосування комунікативно-функціональний підхід. Охарактеризовано функції мови професійного спілкування (комунікативну, ідентифікаційну, виразну, гносеологічну, мисленнєву, естетичну, номінативну) важливі для державного сектора. Вказано дисципліни з якими пов’язана дисципліна «Українська мова (за професійним спрямуванням)». Визначено місце дисципліни у освітній програмі закладу вищої освіти. Охарактеризовано вивчення українського мови як колючого компонента загальної програми навчання, виховання та розвитку особистості курсанта. Представлено особливості професійної підготовки курсантів. Розглянуто коло очікуваних від випускника знань, умінь та навичок. Представлено формат навчання, що сприяє розвитку усного спілкування у професійному секторі. Визначено напрямки особистісного та професійного зростання майбутніх правоохоронців під час відвідування занять з дисципліни «Українська мова за професійним спрямуванням».

This article concerns the insufficiency of vocational training for cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at higher educational establishments in the professional communication field. This article researched the following issues: external factors which negatively affect the communication culture; destructive manifestations of incompetent police behavior; the significance of modernizing the activities of law enforcement agencies. Nevertheless, the importance of a high level of formation of native communicative competence for law enforcement officers is established. The theoretical basis of the cadets’ professional communication competence is presented and, consequently, the requirements for the content of the specialist’s professional-communicative activity are considered. The purpose and content of the “Ukrainian Language (by professional orientation)” discipline are highlighted. Moreover, this article describes the language of professional communication and its core elements, defines personal criteria of influence on professional communication language, and reiterates the significance of using a communicative and functional approach. The functions of the professional communication language (e.g. communicative, identifying, expressive, epistemological, intellectual, aesthetic, and nominative) are important for the public sector. There are specified disciplines associated with the “Ukrainian language (by professional orientation)” specialization. This article identifies the place of discipline in the curriculum of higher education institutions. The study of the Ukrainian language is described as a general component of the overall program of education, training, and personal development of the cadets. However, notwithstanding the expected scope of knowledge and skills is considered, this article presents the peculiarity of the cadet’s professional training and shows the format of education that promotes oral communication development in the professional sector. There were determined the frontages of personal and professional evolution of the future law-enforcement officers while the “Ukrainian Language (by professional orientation)” course.
