Специфіка мовної підготовки студентів-юристів в умовах дистанційного навчання (з досвіду Одеського державного університету внутрішніх справ)

Abstract

У статті розглянуто досвід мовної підготовки студентів-юристів в умовах дистанційного навчання. Наголошено на важливості вивчення державної мови студентами-юристами в межах курсу «Українська мова професійного спрямування». Відзначено сильні і слабкі аспекти дистанційної підготовки, наголошено на нових можливостях розвитку мовних компетентностей у майбутніх правознавців за допомогою е-технологій. Наприклад, серед сильних аспектів виділено інтерактивність, креативність, зручність, доступність, мобільність, всеохопність. Слабкими сторонами навчання мови стали обмеженість живого спілкування з викладачем, первісне зменшення мотивації в студентів. Описано основні методики навчання української мови в дистанційних умовах з досвіду вишу, запропоновані можливі варіанти завдань у практичній підготовці студентів-юристів. Наголошено на важливості мультимедійних технологій та інтерактивних методик комунікації на заняттях з мови. Звернено увагу, що йдеться про методики, орієнтовані, з одного боку, на максимальне наближення до традиційних форм і підходів до навчання, котрі були б звичними для студентів до початку пандемії, а, з іншого боку, спрямовані на оптимізацію навчального процесу, використання нових можливостей, повʼязаних із мультимедійними технологіями. Вони дали можливість наочно демонструвати спроможності програмного забезпечення та економити час, інтенсифікуючи у такий спосіб вивчення навчального матеріалу з мови. Оптимізації цих процесів сприяла і спеціально розроблена в Одеському державному університеті внутрішніх справ електронно-освітня платформа MIA, змістом якої став навчально-методичний комплекс усього вишу в електронному вигляді. Акцентовано увагу на можливостях і перспективах дистанційного навчання з української мови професійного спрямування та інших гуманітарних дисциплін за сучасних обставин.

The article explores the experience of language training for law students in the distance learning mode. The importance of studying the state language by law students within the course “Ukrainian language for professional orientation” is emphasized. The strong and weak aspects of distance learning are noted, the new opportunities for the development of language competencies in future lawyers with the help of e-technologies are highlighted. For example, among the strong aspects are interactivity, creativity, convenience, accessibility, mobility, comprehensiveness. Weaknesses of language learning were the limited live communication with the teacher, the initial reduction of motivation in students. The main methods of teaching the Ukrainian language in a distant mode based on the experience of the university are described. Possible variants of tasks for practical training of law students are suggested. The importance of multimedia technologies and interactive methods of communication in language classes is emphasized. Attention is drawn to the methods aimed, on the one hand, at maximum approximation to traditional forms and approaches to learning, which would be familiar to students before the pandemic, and, on the other hand, aimed at optimizing the learning process, using new opportunities related to multimedia technologies. These technologies demonstrate the capabilities of the software and save time, thus intensifying the study of language learning material. The optimization of these processes was facilitated by the MIA electronic educational platform, specially developed at the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs. The platform included the educational and methodological complex of the entire university in electronic form. Emphasis is placed on the possibilities and prospects of distance learning and instruction of the Ukrainian language and other humanities in modern circumstances.
