Розвиток професійної педагогічної освіти на Закарпатті у Чехословацький період

Abstract

У статті розглядається процес становлення професійної освіти на Закарпатті під час входження до складу Чехословаччини та виділяються переваги і недоліки цього періоду. Важливим аспектом для цілісного розгляду становлення освіти на Закарпатті є взаємовплив чехословацьких і західноукраїнських народів. Певні труднощі перешкоджали діяльності педагогічних закладів та здобуттю якісної освіти, що призвело до браку кваліфікованих педагогічних кадрів. Дослідження навчального процесу в інших фахових школах Закарпаття стануть предметом подальшої наукової роботи. Ключові слова: професійна освіта, педагогічні кадри, учительські семінарії, культурно-освітній процес.

The article has considered the process of the formation of the professional education in Transcarpathian region while being the part of Czechoslovakia and has determined advantages and disadvantages of this period. The interplay of Czechoslovakian and West-Ukrainian people is the important aspect for the investigation of the whole educational process in Transcarpathian region. Some problems prevented from the functioning of pedagogical institutions and gaining the qualitative education, what led to the lack of the qualified pedagogical staff. The investigation of the studying process in the other professional schools of Transcarpathian region will be the objective for the further scientific work.
