Семантичне згасання мотивувальної спроможності непохідних багатозначних нумеративів: дивергентно-конвергентний підхід

Abstract

Актуальним завданням сучасного словотвору є з’ясування ролі полісемантичних непохідних твірних слів у процесах деривації. Крізь призму семантичного дивергентно-конвергентного підходу словотвірне гніздо з багатозначною вершиною потрактовано як складну конфігурацію з властивою їй дивергентною структурою, складниками якої є словотвірне гніздо лексико-семантичного варіанта, типове та епідигматичне словотвірні гнізда. Статус комплексної одиниці словотворення з актуалізацією двох чи більше вершинних семем визначається як дивергентне словотвірне гніздо. Його інтерпретацію деталізовано з’ясуванням семного вияву мотивувальних семем, що дало змогу визначити словотвірне гніздо із розходженням мотивувальних сем у межах єдиного словотвірного гнізда лексико-семантичного варіанта як одиницю з дивергентними відношеннями. Встановлено гнізда, що супроводжені конвергентною та епідигматичною частинами. Водночас розроблено та обґрунтовано критерії, які визначають семантичну належність складників дериваційного простору до дивергентних структур, що зумовлено лексичною різнорідністю похідних. Проаналізовано семантику десяти багатозначних числівників оди́н, два́, три́, чоти́ри, п’я́ть, сто́, ти́сяча, мільйо́н / заст. міліо́н, пе́рший / розм. пе́рвий, дру́гий. Зазначено, що проекційна здатність непохідних вершин у межах словотвірного гнізда слугує передумовою для встановлення семантичного згасання непохідних полісемантів-нумеративів на рівні спадання дериваційної активності вглиб словотвірного гнізда. Цей процес здебільшого супроводжується інертністю семем мотивувальних дериватів. Результатом розвідки є виявлення сем у межах словотвірних гнізд лексико-семантичних варіантів, які засвідчують остаточне згасання словопороджувальної здатності багатозначних непохідних числівників у денумеративному словотворенні. Перспективи роботи передбачають з’ясування на базі української мови семантичного згасання вершин-полісемантів, що належать до інших частин мови твірної бази, окрім числівників.

The actual task of modern word formation is to find out the role of polysemantic non-derivative creative words in the processes of derivation. Through the prism of the semantic divergent and convergent approach, the word-forming nest with a multi-meaning vertex is contracted as a complex configuration with its inherent divergent structure, the components of which are the word-forming nest of the lexical-semantic variant, the typical and epidigmatic word-forming nests. The status of a complex unit of word formation with the actualization of two or more vertex semes is defined as a divergent word-forming nest. Its interpretation is detailed by the clarification of elementary components of the content of motivational lexical-semantic variants, which made it possible to determine the word-forming nest with the divergence of motivational sems within a single word-forming nest of the lexical-semantic variant as a unit with divergent relations. Nests accompanied by convergent and epidigmatic parts have been installed. At the same time, criteria have been developed and substantiated that determine the semantic belonging of the components of the derivation space to divergent structures, which is due to the lexical heterogeneity of derivatives. The semantics of ten multi-digit numeratives one, two, three, four, five, one hundred, thousand, million, first, second are analyzed. It is noted that the projective ability of non-derivative vertices within the word-forming nest serves as a prerequisite for establishing the semantic extinction of non-derivative polysemants-numeratives at the level of the derivation activity decline deep into the word-forming nest. This process is mostly accompanied by the inertia of semes motivational derivatives. The result of reconnaissance is the identification of semes within the word-forming nests of lexical-semantic variants, which attest to the final extinction of the word-breeding ability of multi-meaning non-derivative numeratives in denumerative word formation. Prospects of work include finding out, on the basis of the Ukrainian language, the semantic extinction of polysemantic vertices belonging to other parts of the language of the creative base, except for numerals.
