Зміст підготовки науково‐педагогічних працівників ЗВО в умовах воєнних реалій (український досвід)

Abstract

Підготовка науково-педагогічного фахівця вирізняється певними особливостями в загальноосвітньому середовищі. У статті висвітлено специфіку підготовки працівника закладу вищої освіти України в форс-мажорних умовах, зумовлених воєнними діями на території України. Зазначено чинники, які стали причиною практичного використання інноваційних елементів в науково-педагогічному середовищі. У ході дослідження встановлено, що підвищився рівень затребуваності softskills та digital-skills у системі підготовки науково-педагогічного працівника. Здійснено аналіз трансформацій, які відбулися в системі підготовки викладача закладу вищої освіти в Україні на навчально-методичному та організаційному рівнях. У науковій розвідці використано методологічний потенціал науково-педагогічного дискурсу (аналіз, моделювання) та мультидисциплінарну науково-філософську методологію синергетичних вимірів. У результатах дослідження вказано, що перспективним напрямом розвитку освітніх стратегій у питанні підготовки науково-педагогічних фахівців є використання інноваційних принципів (цифровізації, інформатизації, технологізації), які забезпечать набуття належного рівня професійних компетентностей за форс-мажорних соціокультурних умов (пандемія COVID-19, воєнний стан). Отже, формування професійних якостей науково-педагогічного працівника в умовах воєнних реалій можливе за умов умілого поєднання інноваційних та традиційних форматів підготовки.

Preparation of scientific and pedagogical specialist has certain peculiarities of general educational environment. The article reflects the specifics of training a worker of higher education institution of Ukraine in force majeure conditions, caused by military actions on the territory of Ukraine. The factors that caused the practical use of innovative elements in the scientific and pedagogical environment are indicated. The study found that the level of demand for soft-skills and digital-skills in the system of training of scientific and pedagogical employee has increased. The analysis of transformations that took place in the system of higher education teacher training in Ukraine at the educational-methodological and organizational level was carried out. The methodological potential of scientific and pedagogical discourse (analysis, modeling) and multidisciplinary scientific and philosophical methodology of synergetic measurements were used in the research. The results of the study indicate that a promising direction for the development of educational strategies in the issue of training scientific and pedagogical specialists is the use of innovative principles (digitalization, informatiation, technologization), that will ensure the acquisition of the proper level of professional competencies under force majeure socio-cultural conditions (COVID-19, martial law). Consequently, the formation of professional qualities of a scientific-pedagogical employee under the conditions of military realities is possible with a skillful combination of innovative and traditional formats of training.
