| Abstract: | For the first time in linguistics the development of the Ukrainian scientific nomenclature of plants in the period between World War І and World War II (1917-1941) has been surveyed the material of dictionaries, scientific researches, textbooks and other works on Botany. The following conclusion has been drawn - in this period the scientific Botanical nomenclature of the Ukrainian language was formed on the whole and came very near to its present state. |
