Психологічні особливості у хворих на неспецифічний виразковий коліт

Abstract

В роботі наведено результати проведених психологічних опитувань у пацієнтів з середнім ступенем важкості неспецифічного виразкового коліту фазі загострення, які були виявлені за допомогою різних методик. Вивчено якість життя у хворих з НВК за допомогою анкет SF-36 та IBD-QoL. Does not cause doubts, that ulcerative colitis (UC) appears the prime example of psychosomatic pathology, at which those or other rejections in a psychical sphere are registered in most cases (98-100%) from all patients which apply for medical help. This information cause a circumstance and necessity of researches, directed on the specification of changes of psychological status, which are related to the features of clinical motion of disease and their dynamics for patients on UC, on a background treatment. It is well-proven that patients with UC have configuration of personality type with depression and hysteria, which characterizes the neurotic type of development of personality with forming anxiously depressed and hysterical variants of no adaptation, the psychological equivalents of which are an alarm and depression.
