Культура мовлення тренера

Abstract

У статті визначено комунікативні ознаки культури мовлення, яких має дотримуватися тренер у своїй діяльності; виокремлено ключові проблеми культури мовлення тренера та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення; обґрунтовано важливість формування культури мовлення сучасного тренера. Зазначено, що важливими характеристиками культури мовлення є змістовність, доречність, правильність, точність, ясність, логічність, чистота, образність та емоційна виразність, багатство та різноманітність. Усі вони, пов’язуючись між собою, доповнюють одна одну та все ж основною ознакою якісного мовлення, зокрема мовлення тренера, є правильність. Наголошено, що правильність мовлення тісно пов’язується з точністю. Точне вираження думки відбувається, перш за все, через терміни. Тож оволодіння спортивною термінологією є невід’ємною складовою досягнення взаєморозуміння між тренером та спортсменом. Доведено, що важливою ознакою якісного мовлення тренера є логічність, оскільки саме ця якісна характеристика надає промові структурований, продуманий характер, що полегшує сприйняття і розуміння пояснень, зауважень, команд тренера. Вагоме значення для мовлення тренера відіграє чистота мовлення на рівні слововживання, що полягає у відсутності в мовленні ненормативних іншомовних слів, діалектних, лайливих і вульгарних, слів-паразитів, просторічних слів, суржику, жаргонізмів, канцеляризмів. Неприпустимими є й використанням образливих слів. Істотну роль у дохідливості пояснень тренера відіграють виразність, що досягається активним використанням тону, динаміки звучання голосу, темпу, пауз, наголосів, інтонації, дикції, та образність мовлення, що передбачає уміле застосування тренером прислівʼїв, приказок, епітетів, метафор і т. ін. Вони роблять мову наставника емоційною, піднімають настрій спортсменів. Зʼясовано, що на сьогодні ми спостерігаємо досить низький рівень володіння українською мовою спортсменами. Досягти високого рівня культури мовлення неможливо без високої лінгвістичної свідомості носія мови, любові до мови, постійної потреби аналізувати, удосконалювати, шліфувати власне мовлення.

The article defines the communicative features of the culture of speech, which should be adhered to by the coach in his activity; the key problems of the coach's culture of speech are highlighted and the ways of their solution are proposed; the importance of forming the culture of speech of a modern coach is substantiated. It is noted that important characteristics of the culture of speech are content, appropriateness, correctness, accuracy, clarity, logic, purity, imagery and emotional expressiveness, richness and diversity. All of them, interconnected, complement each other and yet the main feature of quality speech, in particular the speech of the coach, is correctness. It is emphasized that the correctness of speech is closely related to accuracy. Accurate expression of thought occurs primarily through terms. Therefore, mastering sports terminology is an integral part of achieving mutual understanding between the coach and the athlete. It is proved that an important feature of quality speech of the coach is logic, because it is this qualitative characteristic that gives the speech a structured, thoughtful character, which facilitates the perception and understanding of explanations, comments, commands of the coach. Of great importance for the speech of the coach is the purity of speech at the level of word use, which is the absence in the speech of profanity, dialect, swear and vulgar words, parasite words, vernacular words, surzhik, jargon, bureaucracy. The use of offensive words is also unacceptable. A significant role in the clarity of the trainer's explanations is played by expressiveness, which is achieved by the active use of tone, voice dynamics, pace, pauses, accents, intonation, diction, and imagery of speech, which involves the skillful use of proverbs, sayings, epithets, metaphors, etc. They make the speech of the mentor emotional, raise the mood of athletes. It was found that today we observe a rather low level of Ukrainian language proficiency among athletes. It is impossible to achieve a high level of speech culture without a high linguistic consciousness of a native speaker, love for the language, a constant need to analyze, improve, polish their own speech.
