Фразеологізм як елемент емоційної пам’яті в мовній картині світу українців

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню структурних та функційних особливостей фразеологічних одиниць, що використовуються в українському мовленні на позначення психічних станів людини. Акцентовано увагу на відображенні картини світу та мовної картини світу у фразеологічному складі мови, який яскраво вербалізує національну культуру, ментальність та традиції українського народу. У дослідженні розглянуто лінгвістичні особливості вираження емоційного стану людини засобами фразеології та розкрито зображально-виражальні засоби фразеологізмів. Проведено комплексне вивчення фразеологічних одиниць на позначення психоемоційного стану людини, досліджено їх структурний та експресивний потенціал, виокремлено основні семантичні групи цих фразеологічних одиниць. Надано опис ролі фразеологічних одиниць у процесі репрезентації мовної особистості автора художнього тексту, а також їх використання письменником з метою досягнення максимального прагматичного ефекту. Особливу увагу приділено важливій ролі фразеологізмів під час вітдворення психоемоційного стану людини. З цим пов’язуємо потребу у продукуванні і вживанні фразеологічних одиниць задля вербалізації емоцій, які є когнітивними моделями душевного стану. Зауважено, що сфера фразеології має набагато ширші можливості для формування експресивних емоційно-оцінних конотацій, ніж сфера лексики. У статті доведено, що особливе значення мають семантично опорні слова у структурі фразеологічних одиниць, які тематично оздоблюють та моделюють образність, дають нову інформацію і уточнюють відтінки значення. До таких компонентів в структурі української мови залучено тематичні розряди: соматизми, найменування емоцій, використання артефактів побуту та довкілля. Для першої групи фразеологізмів символічно і концептуально мотивованими є компоненти душа, дух, серце, кров, боки, волосся, очі, голова, зуби, шкіра, ноги, рот, руки, вуха тощо. Для другої – компоненти нерви та сльози. Констатуємо, що концепти емоцій поділяються за модальністю на позитивні та негативні. Результати проведеного дослідження уможливлюють висновувати, що матеріальна картина світу українців зафіксована в стереотипах і вербалізована в фразеологізмах.

The article is devoted to the study of the structural and functional features of phraseological units used in Ukrainian speech to indicate the mental states of a person. Attention is focused on the reflection of the world picture and the language picture of the world in the phraseological composition of the language, which vividly verbalizes the national culture, mentality and traditions of the Ukrainian people. The research examines the linguistic features of expressing a person’s emotional state by means of phraseology and reveals the figurative and expressive means of phraseology. A comprehensive study of phraseological units used to indicate the psycho-emotional state of a person was conducted, their structural and expressive potential was investigated, and the main semantic groups of these phraseological units were identified. A description of the role of phraseological units in the process of representing the linguistic personality of the author of a literary text is provided, as well as their use by the writer in order to achieve the maximum pragmatic effect. Special attention is paid to the important role of phraseological units in determining the psycho-emotional state of a person. We associate this with the need to produce and use phraseological units for the verbalization of emotions, which are cognitive models of the state of mind. It is noted that the field of phraseology has much wider opportunities for the formation of expressive emotional and evaluative connotations than the field of vocabulary. The article proves that semantically supporting words in the structure of phraseological units, which thematically decorate and model imagery, provide new information and specify nuances of meaning, are of particular importance. Such components in the structure of the Ukrainian language include thematic categories: somatisms, naming emotions, use of artifacts of everyday life and the environment. For the first group of phraseological units, the components soul, spirit, heart, blood, sides, hair, eyes, head, teeth, skin, legs, mouth, hands, ears, etc. are symbolically and conceptually motivated. For the second, the components are nerves and tears. We state that the concepts of emotions are divided by modality into positive and negative. The results of the conducted research make it possible to conclude that the material picture of the world of Ukrainians is fixed in stereotypes and verbalized in idioms.
