ЩОДО ВПЛИВУ ВІЙНИ ПРОТИ РОСІЙСЬКОЇ АГРЕСІЇ НА СТАН ЗДОРОВ’Я НАСЕЛЕННЯ ТА СИСТЕМУ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Мета роботи: оцінити вплив війни проти російської агресії на здоров’я населення та систему охорони здоров’я України. Матеріали та методи, що використанні при виконанні дослідження. Матеріали: дані наукової літератури, матеріали сайтів державних органів управління. Методи: бібліосемантичний, інформаційних технологій, структурно-логічного аналізу. Результати дослідження. До основних негативних медико-демографічних наслідків війни відносяться наступні: високі рівні вимушеної міграції населення при зростанні загальної та передчасної смертності населення при зростанні рівнів захворюваності населення на соціально значущі та інфекційні хвороби, надзвичайно важливим негативним наслідком є ментальне виснаження населення із зростанням психологічних та психічних розладів. До основних соціально-економічних детермінант, які негативно впливають на стан здоров’я населення, відносяться: зниження рівня економічного забезпечення населення, трагічна втрата рідних, житла та майна, зниження рівня доступу до мережі Інтернет та мобільного зв’язку, значне пошкодження інфраструктури системи енергозабезпечення життєдіяльності, зниження рівня доступу до медичних послуг та лікарських засобів. До основних поведінково-біологічних детермінант, які негативно впливають на стан здоров’я населення відносяться: втрата попередніх сталих умов якісного життя при постійному стресі, проживання в несприятливих санітарно-епідеміологічних умовах та зниження рівня поведінки, скерованої на профілактику захворювань. Війна проти російської агресії негативного впливає на стан інфраструктури системи охорони здоров’я України, що характеризується руйнюванням закладів охорони здоров’я та смертністю медичних працівників. Висновки. Вплив війни проти російської агресії на стан здоров’я населення незалежно від зони проживання та систему охорони здоров’я України є негативним та комплексним.

The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of the war against Russian aggression on the health of the population and the health care system of Ukraine. Materials: data from scientific literature, materials from the websites of state authorities. Methods: bibliosemantic, information technology, structural and logical analysis. Results of the study. The main negative medical and demographic consequences of the war include the following: high levels of forced migration with an increase in overall and premature mortality, with an increase in the incidence of socially significant and infectious diseases, and an extremely important negative consequence is the mental exhaustion of the population with an increase in psychological and mental disorders. The main socio-economic determinants that negatively affect the health of the population include: a decrease in the level of economic security of the population, the tragic loss of relatives, housing and property, a decrease in access to the Internet and mobile communications, significant damage to the infrastructure of the energy supply system, and a decrease in access to medical services and medicines. The main behavioral and biological determinants that negatively affect the health of the population include: the loss of previous stable conditions of quality life under constant stress, living in unfavorable sanitary and epidemiological conditions, and a decrease in the level of behavior aimed at preventing diseases. The war against Russian aggression is having a negative impact on the state of Ukraine's healthcare infrastructure, which is characterized by the destruction of healthcare facilities and the death of healthcare workers. The impact of the war against Russian aggression on the health of the population, regardless of the area of residence, and the health care system of Ukraine is negative and complex.
