| Abstract: | In the last years the view on patronymic name in the set of the official anthroponomical formula for Ukrainians is expressed as the result of Russian influence. Based on scientific research of ancient literary monuments of 11th - 18th centuries and comparative historical analysis the author has drawn the conclusion that а formula "pan + anthroponym" appeared in Ukrainian language as the result of Polish influence, where is а formula "name + patronymic + surname" has proeastern Slavonic roots. Its dissemination should bе considered as moving from the South of eastern Slavonic territories towards the northern East. |
