Особливості викладання курсу «Гістологія, цитологія та ембріологія» у дистанційному навчанні

Abstract

Підготовка майбутніх лікарів на рівні міжнародних стандартів є одним з найважливіших стратегічних завдань вищої освіти України. Умови, які виникли у період пандемії COVID-19 змусили вищу освіту, зокрема і медичну, використовувати нові, не притаманні їй методи навчання. Йдеться про дистанційну форму навчання. Підготовка студентів в умовах дистанційної форми навчання повинна відповідати високому рівню очікувань щодо випускників-медиків, зокрема у контексті володіння ними практичними навичками та теоретичними знаннями, а також професійними вміннями та досвідом творчої діяльності. Ці фактори актуалізують потребу в модернізації медичної освіти та використання новітніх методів навчання. Мета статті – розкрити особливості викладання курсу «Гістологія, цитологія та ембріологія» у організації дистанційного навчання на кафедрі анатомії людини та гістології медичного факультету ДВНЗ «Ужгородський національний університет». У роботі проаналізовано досвід використання дистанційного навчання у підготовці медиків з курсу «Гістологія, цитологія та ембріологія». Зазначається, що систематизована робота в контексті узагальнення всеукраїнського досвіду поки що не проводилась, але наразі варто аналізувати наявний досвід. Особливо з огляду на перспективне використання змішаного навчання. Показано, що використання новітніх методів навчання у сучасній медичній освіті спрямоване на: розвиток інтелектуальної діяльності студентів, здатності самостійно опрацьовувати інформацію; формування вмінь та навичок критичного осмислення професійної проблеми, набуття якостей, що стануть у нагоді в майбутньому професійному житті. Необхідно враховувати, що за таких умов студент значну частину часу витрачає на самостійну підготовку. Для покращення якості знань студентів варто переглянути умови перепідготовки викладачів. Зокрема, забезпечити можливість підвищення їх кваліфікації з використання інструментів Googl у навчанні, проводити стажування, в тому числі – в закордонних вищих освітніх закладах, а також стимулювати впровадження новітніх розробок в умовах дистанційного/ змішаного навчання.

The training of future doctors at the level of international standards is one of the most important strategic tasks of higher education in Ukraine. The conditions that arose during the COVID-19 pandemic forced higher education, in particular medical education, to use new teaching methods that are not inherent to it. It is about distance education. The training of students in the distance form of education should meet the high level of expectations for medical graduates, in particular in the context of their possession of practical skills and theoretical knowledge, as well as professional skills and experience of creative activity. These factors actualize the need for modernization of medical education and the use of the latest teaching methods. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the teaching of the course "Histology, Cytology and Embryology" in the organization of distance learning at the department of human anatomy and histology of the medical faculty of the Uzhhorod National University. The paper analyzes the experience of using distance learning in the training of doctors from the course "Histology, Cytology and Embryology". It is noted that systematic work in the context of the generalization of the all-Ukrainian experience has not yet been carried out, but for now it is worth analyzing the existing experience. Especially considering the promising use of blended learning. It is shown that the use of the latest teaching methods in modern medical education is aimed at: the development of intellectual activity of students, the ability to process information independently; formation of abilities and skills of critical understanding of a professional problem, acquisition of qualities that will be useful in the future professional life. It should be taken into account that under such conditions the student spends a significant part of his time on independent training. In order to improve the quality of students' knowledge, it is worth revising the conditions for teacher retraining. In particular, to provide an opportunity to improve their qualifications in the use of Google tools in education, to conduct internships, including in foreign higher education institutions, as well as to stimulate the introduction of the latest developments in the conditions of distance/mixed education.
