Abstract

Передумовою ефективного розвитку держави є наявність інновацій, які мають здатність полегшити життя як окремого індивіда, так і суспільства в цілому. Фундаментальною базою інновацій виступає ідея, яка може перетворитися на продукт, що має попит на ринку. Важливим фактором даної трансформації є фінансове забезпечення ідеї. Тому актуальними стають питання, які пов’язані з пошуком та залученням фінансових ресурсів для підтримки та розвитку креативних та водночас ризикових бізнес структур – стартапів. У даній статті охарактеризовано місце України у міжнародних рейтингах за кількістю стартапів та можливості залучення фінансових ресурсів на їх реалізацію. Висвітлено основні джерела фінансування стартапів: власні кошти стартапера та його родичів і друзів, грантові організації, краудфаундингові платформи, бізнес-ангели, бізнес-акселератори, венчурні компанії. розкрито переваги та недоліки фінансових джерел. Деталізовані етапи розвитку та фінансування стартапів. Визначено джерела фінансової підтримки стартапів, які ще не були задіяні.

A prerequisite for the effective development of the state is the presence of innovations that have the ability to facilitate the life of both an individual and society as a whole. The fundamental basis of innovation is an idea that can turn into a product that is in demand on the market. An important factor in this transformation is the financial support of the idea. Therefore, questions related to the search and attraction of financial resources for the support and development of creative and at the same time risky business structures - startups - are becoming relevant. This article describes the place of Ukraine in international rankings by the number of startups and the possibility of attracting financial resources for their implementation. The main sources of funding for startups are highlighted: the startup's own funds and his relatives and friends, grant organizations, crowdfunding platforms, business angels, business accelerators, venture capital companies. advantages and disadvantages of financial sources are disclosed. Detailed stages of development and financing of startups. Sources of financial support for startups that have not yet been involved have been identified. The “ecosystem” is the platform in Ukraine whose goal is to create and promote Ukrainian technology startup companies. The ecosystem is comprised of Ukrainian and global stakeholders who coordinate in supporting the platform, including entrepreneurs and startup teams, support organizations (including incubators, accelerators and coworking spaces), support service providers (including legal and financial services), investors, corporations, universities and research institutes, and public, governmental and non-governmental organizations. Many Ukrainian startups pursue innovative ideas or work with world-class technologies, but lack a complete understanding of how to develop a globally-competitive business model. Among other things, Ukraine’s startups may lack mentors with global business experience and the ability to assist them in identifying and accessing markets around the world.
