Формування комунікативної компетенції студентів-медиків у процесі вивчення української мови як іноземної

Abstract

У статті розглянуто принципи формування комунікативних компетенцій студентів-медиків у процесі вивчення української мови як іноземної. Акцентовано увагу на гуманістичному та світоглядному аспектах, наведено приклади застосування їх у практичній діяльності, адже набуті знання мають прикладне значення. Актуальність даної проблеми зумовлено сучасними тенденціями щодо залучення іноземних студентів до українського соціокультурного простору засобами української мови як іноземної та потребою у створенні особливої методичної системи, спрямованої на формування соціокультурної компетентності іноземних студентів під час навчання української мови. Взаємодія, яка виникає у процесі спілкування однієї людини з іншою у процесі певної діяльності, яка входить у професійну сферу, становить спільну фахову діяльність, у результаті якої виникають суб’єкт-об’єктні та суб’єкт-суб’єктні взаємини. До інокомуніканта, майбутнього медика, ставиться ряд важливих завдань. Насамперед, він повинен оперативно і грамотно реагувати на певну мовленнєву ситуацію; чітко використовувати мовні засоби залежно від віку пацієнта або його рідних; уміти психологічно підготувати людину до необхідних маніпуляцій; адекватно передати необхідну інформацію пацієнту або його близьким, колегам тощо. Формування комунікативної компетенції студентів-медиків у процесі вивчення української мови як іноземної має важливий гуманістичний та світоглядний аспект. Необхідною складовою процесу навчання у вузі є прикладне значення знань, отриманих із кожної дисципліни, їх свідоме використання сприяє усуненню комунікативних труднощів у процесі спілкування інокомунікантів із пацієнтами в Україні. Усе це сприяє позитивному іміджу України в освітньому процесі, налагодженню культурної дипломатії та розвитку світового прогресу у галузі науки.

The article deals with the principles of forming communicative competencies of medical students in the process of learning Ukrainian as a foreign language. The attention is focused on the humanistic and worldview aspects, examples of their application in practical activities are given, since the acquired knowledge has practical value. The relevance of this problem is due to current trends in attracting foreign students to the Ukrainian socio-cultural space through the means of Ukrainian as a foreign language and the need to create a special methodological system aimed at forming the socio-cultural competence of foreign students in the process of learning Ukrainian. The interaction that occurs in the process of communication between one person and another in the course of a certain activity that is part of the professional sphere constitutes a joint professional activity, which results in subject-object and subject-subject relationships. A number of important tasks are assigned to the foreign communicator, the future doctor. First of all, he or she must respond promptly and competently to a particular speech situation; use language tools accurately depending on the age of the patient or his or her family; be able to psychologically prepare a person for the necessary manipulations; adequately convey the necessary information to the patient or his or her relatives, colleagues, etc. The development of medical students' communicative competence in the process of learning Ukrainian as a foreign language has an important humanistic and ideological aspect. An essential component of the university education process is the applied value of the knowledge gained in each discipline, and their conscious use helps to eliminate communication difficulties in the process of communication between foreign communicators and patients in Ukraine. The use of didactic games, excursions, and technical aids in practical Ukrainian language classes for foreign medical students is particularly relevant. All of this contributes to a positive image of Ukraine in the educational process, the establishment of cultural diplomacy, and the development of global progress in science.
