Професійно-етичні цінності соціальної роботи в сучасному суспільстві

Abstract

У статті розкрито ґенезу професійно-етичних цінностей соціальної роботи, які слугують основою професійної субкультури і сприяють реалізації професійних норм і принципів. Обґрунтовано, що основою формування професійно-етичних цінностей соціальної роботи є її філософія. З’ясовано, що цінності професійної соціальної роботи на метарівні трактуються в контексті глобальних цивілізаційних цілей і завдань. Макрорівень філософських цінностей соціальної роботи зумовлений корпоративними принципами і нормами взаємодії, відносинами і системою колективної відповідальності. Мезорівень цінностей соціальної роботи пов’язаний з ціннісними орієнтаціями окремих груп клієнтів і зумовлений необхідністю їх урахування. Мікрорівень філософських цінностей соціальної роботи відображає ціннісний спектр професійної взаємодії соціального працівника і клієнта. Обґрунтовано, що найвищою цінністю є життя кожної конкретної людини. Цей концептуальний постулат є універсальним у визначенні суті соціальної роботи. The genesis of professional and ethical values of social work that are the foundation of professional subculture and facilitate the implementation of professional standards and principles has been described in the article. It has been substantiated that the basis for professional and ethical values of social work is its philosophy. It has been found that the values of professional social work at the aim-level are interpreted in the context of global civilization goals and objectives; the macro level of philosophical values of social work are caused by corporate principles and norms of interaction, relationships and the system of collective responsibility. Meso level of social work values are associated with the value orientation of individual customer groups and caused by the necessity of taking them into account. At the micro level of philosophical values of social work reflects the high value range of professional interaction between social worker and client. It has been substantiated that the highest value is the life of every individual. This postulate is a universal concept in determining the nature of social work.
