Польова структура термінології фотографії

Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізові термінного поля фотографії. Системні ознаки термінної лексики – це та основна база, що забезпечує пізнавально-комунікативну діяльність наукового поняття, зміст якого будуть складати загальні та спеціальні властивості предметів та явищ навколишньої дійсности. Будь-яке наукове поняття, складаючись із групи добре узгоджених між собою слів, забезпечує тим самим системність терміна. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що до сьогодні терміносистема галузі фотографії є невпорядкованою, а відтак потребує детального вивчення. Мета дослідження – описати наповнення та структурну організацію термінного поля фотографії на основі логічно-семантичного принципу. Аналіз праць багатьох науковців свідчить, що вони вважають застосування польового підходу у дослідженні термінів певної галузі закономірним явищем, тому що термінній системі притаманні такі ж самі властивості, як і лексичній. Кожен окремий термін з чітко окресленою дефініцією може використовуватися тільки в певному термінному. Поза межами поля відповідна лексична одиниця може втрачати властивості терміна. Дослідник самостійного визначає межі поля, враховуючи усталеність поля на певному етапі її розвитку. Основною лексичною одиницею ядра термінного поля фотографії є лексема фотографія. Відповідно до значення лексеми виокремлено інтегральні семи – зображення, спосіб одержання зображення, професія чи діяльність, пов’язана з фотографією, прилад для фіксації зображень, спеціальне приміщення. Відтак ядро термінного поля фотографії формують терміни, що містять зазначені інтегральні семи. У межах ядра виділено десять тематичних груп, що позначають основині родові поняття галузі. У межах груп на основі диференційних сем виділено підгрупи. Периферію термінного поля фотографії формують міжгалузеві, загальнотехнічні, загальнонаукові терміни (аберація, адаптер, артефакти, байт, біт, витримка, відбивач, карта пям’яті, кодування, колаж, колір та ін.). До периферії також зараховуємо номенклатурні назви виробників пристроїв, деталей та їх частин (Canon, Nicon, Sony, Olympus та ін.), назви графічних редакторів (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, CorelDRAW та ін.), назви програм для створення фотоколажів та слайдшоу (Bolide Slideshow Creator, Premiere Pro, Proshow Producer, Windows Movie Maker та ін.); назви формату носіїв інформації (CF (Compact Flash), SD (Secure Digital), MS (Memory Stick) та ін.), професіоналізми та жаргонізми. Отже, зібраний фактичний матеріал свідчить, що термінного поля фотографії – це відкрита гетерогенна система, яка поступово розвивається, вдосконалюється та зазнає впливу інших терміносистем.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the term field of photography. System features of the term vocabulary are the basic base that ensures the cognitive and communicative activity of a scientific concept, the content of which will consist of general and special properties of objects and phenomena of the surrounding reality. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the terminological system of the field of photography is unorganized to date, and therefore requires a detailed study. The purpose of the study is to describe the content and structural organization of the term field of photography based on the logical-semantic principle. An analysis of the works of many scientists shows that they consider the use of the field approach in the study of the terms of a certain field to be a natural phenomenon, because the term system has the same properties as the lexical one. Each separate term with a clearly defined definition can be used only in a specific term field. Outside the field, the corresponding lexical unit may lose the properties of the term. The researcher independently determines the boundaries of the field, taking into account the stability of the field at a certain stage of its development. The main lexical unit of the core of the term field of photography is the lexeme photography. According to the meaning of the lexeme, the integral semes are singled out – image, method of obtaining an image, profession or activity related to photography, a device for fixing images, a special room. Therefore, the core of the term field of the photograph is formed by the terms containing the specified integral semes. Within the core, ten thematic groups have been identified, denoting the basic generic concepts of the field. Subgroups are distinguished within the groups on the basis of differential seme. The periphery of the term field of photography is formed by interdisciplinary, general technical, general scientific terms (aberration, adapter, artifacts, byte, collage, color etc.). Peripherals also include the nomenclature names of manufacturers of devices, parts and their parts (Canon, Nicon, Sony etc.), names of graphic editors (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, CorelDRAW etc.), names of programs for creating photo collages and slideshows (Bolide Slideshow Creator, Premiere Pro, Proshow Producer etc.); names of media formats (CF (Compact Flash), SD (Secure Digital), MS (Memory Stick) etc.), professional terms and jargon. So, the collected factual material shows that the term field of photography is an open heterogeneous system that gradually develops, improves and is influenced by other term systems.
