З досвіду використання технологій дистанційного навчання української мови іноземних студентів-початківців

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблему дистанційного навчання студентів-початківців української мови як іноземної. Аналіз наукових досліджень із впровадження та використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій виявив недостатність висвітлення проблеми опанування нерідної мови іноземцями з нульовим рівнем підготовки в умовах виключно дистанційного освітнього процесу в Україні. Досліджено досвід створення та роботи з новим дистанційним курсом «Українська мова як іноземна. Перший рівень», окреслена проблема нестачі сучасних комп’ютерних дидактичних матеріалів з української мови як іноземної, які можуть інтенсифікувати, підвищити результативність навчання. Визначено, що актуальними критеріями такого типу дистанційних курсів є гнучкість, комунікативна спрямованість, можливість навчання в синхронному та асинхронному режимах для студентів. Дистанційний курс включає 8 тем початкового етапу опанування української мови як іноземної. Виявлено, що підвищенню ефективності навчального процесу сприяє використання емоційно забарвлених аудіоматеріалів та відеоматеріалів, створення яких у сервісі Canva ґрунтується на провідній ролі образу в процесах сприйняття, розуміння. У статті сформульовано основні переваги використання сервісу H5P з подальшою його інтеграцією в систему управління навчанням Moodle для студентів ‒ як допомога в засвоєнні, закріпленні, запам’ятовуванні матеріалу, підтриманні навчальної мотивації, для викладачів ‒ як функція миттєвого контролювання роботи студента. У статті наголошено, що доцільне використання розмаїття можливостей онлайн сервісів сприяє формуванню особистісних якостей студента: активності, самостійності, відповідальності, цілеспрямованості тощо. Зроблено висновок про те, що, дистанційний курс «Українська мова. Перший рівень», який підготували викладачі кафедри філології та лінгводидактики ХНАДУ, дає можливість індивідуалізувати навчальний процес, адаптувати навчальний матеріал відповідно до комунікативних потреб студентів різного рівня.

The article examines the distance learning problems of beginner students of the Ukrainian language as a foreign language. The analysis of scientific research on the implementation and use of information and communication technologies revealed that the problem of mastering a non-native language by foreigners with a zero training level in the conditions of an exclusively remote education process in Ukraine is insufficiently covered. The experience of creating and working with a new remote learning course “Ukrainian as a foreign language. First level” was studied, the fact that there is a deficiency of modern computer didactic materials on the Ukrainian language as a foreign language, which can intensify and increase the effectiveness of education, is outlined. It was determined that the relevant criteria of this type of remote courses are flexibility, communicative orientation, the possibility of learning in synchronous and asynchronous modes for students. The remote course includes 8 topics of the initial stage of mastering the Ukrainian language as a foreign language. It was found that the use of emotionally charged audio and video materials, the creation of which using the service “Canva” is based on the leading role of the image in the processes of perception and understanding, helps to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. The article formulates the main advantages of using the service “H5P” with its subsequent integration into the Moodle learning management system both for students, as help in learning, consolidating, memorizing material, supporting educational motivation, and for teachers, as a function of instant monitoring of student work. The article emphasizes that the appropriate use of the various online services opportunities contributes to the formation of the student's personal qualities: activity, independence, responsibility, purposefulness, etc. It was concluded that the remote course “Ukrainian as a foreign language. First level” prepared by the teachers of the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University Philology and Linguistics Department, provides an opportunity to individualize the educational process, to adapt the educational material in accordance with the communicative needs of students of different levels.
