| Abstract: | The process of establishment of Ukrainian literary Language in Transcarpathia lasted the whole century and gradually passed from Latian, church Slavonic language and Russian with local Ukrainian touch (Carpathianrus language, Hungarian) to Ukrainian proper. The decisive role in native intelligentsia's switch-over to all - Ukrainian language was played bу A.Voloshin. The introduction of Ukrainian literary language in Transcarpathia till 1919 and duriпg the years of World war II was hindered mainly bу the Hungarian authorities, and during the inter war period - bу Czechoslovak Government .and from moscwophiles. The status of official was given to Ukrainian language in Transcarpathia bу the Seim of Carpathia Ukraine in March, 15, 1939 in Hust |
