| Abstract: | Проведено аналіз особливостей структури об’ємних та плівкових зразків
сполуки CuInSe2. Досліджено спектри випромінювання та осцилограми
інтенсивності спектральних ліній лазерної ерозійної плазми на основі сполуки
CuInSe2. Проаналізовано просторову та часову зміну емісійних характеристик
плазми. Визначено швидкість руху плазми.

осцилограми випромінювання, швидкість руху плазми. The analysis of structure features of volume and film of CuInSe2 compound is conducted. The spectrums of radiation and oscillogram of intensity of spectral lines of laser erosive plasma are investigated. The spatial and temporal change of emission characteristics of plasma is analysed.
