| Abstract: | Old Russian anthroponymy represents transitional period from one - word personal nominations to anthroponymic formulas, which was stipulated bу social and demographic factors, as well as narrowing of East - Slavonic complex of personal proper names owing to his active christianization. Detailed analysis of biominal, trinomial and polynomial anthroponymic formulas indicates that period from ХІ to ХІІІ centuries is а period of selection of most rational means of polynomial designation of denotatus. |
