Інтелектуалізація мови персонажів у творах Ольги Кобилянської

Abstract

У метамові сучасної лінгвістики термін «інтелектуалізація мови» потребує пошуків концептуальної репрезентації конструктивних підходів до процесів і тенденцій розвитку та функціонування мови. Інтелектуалізація мови репрезентує інтелектуальну діяльність у мовних формах, що відображають світобачення людини, ментальні особливості, її здатність до еволюційного розвитку. Інтелектуальною за природою є основна функція мови – комунікативна, що реалізує спроможність мови передавати будь-яку інформацію. У статті описано мовні засоби інтелектуалізації персонажів у творах О. Кобилянської з опертям на соціокультурні чинники, здійснено аналіз останніх досліджень у контексті інтелектуалізації української літературної мови. З’ясовано, що для мови творів О. Кобилянської характерний високий інтелектуальний рівень, що репрезентований лексичним багатством на означення професійних, культурних, наукових та мистецьких понять. Інтелектуалізація мови персонажів у творах О. Кобилянської виявлена через ключові художні образи, репрезентовані лексемами інтелектуальної семантики та назвами абстрактних понять, використанням власних назв видатних осіб, назвами творів мистецтва (музики, літератури, філософії). Доведено, що мовлення персонажів у творах О. Кобилянської позначене образністю, метафоризацією та афористичністю. Оскільки О. Кобилянська одна з перших впроваджує в літературу постаті письменників, художників, музикантів, то розширює лексичний словник персонажів через уведення «мистецької» лексики». Виявлено, що персонажі, які є представниками інтелігенції кінця XIX початку XX ст. на Буковині, – освічені люди, вони влучно оперують запозиченими термінами з німецької, французької, латинської мов. Ментальність персонажів безпосередньо пов’язана з їхнім інтелектуальним рівнем, який зреалізований в лінгвальному контексті через різноманітні мовні засоби та форми.

In the metalanguage of modern linguistics, the term «intellectualization of language» requires the search for a conceptual representation of constructive approaches to the processes and trends of language development and functioning. Intellectualization of language represents intellectual activity in language forms that reflect a person's worldview, mental characteristics, and his ability to evolutionary development. The main function of language is intellectual in nature – communicative, which realizes the ability of language to convey any information. The article describes the linguistic means of intellectualization of characters in the works of O. Kobylyanska, relying on sociocultural factors, and analyzes the latest research in the context of the intellectualization of the Ukrainian literary language. It has been found that the language of O. Kobylyanska's works is characterized by a high intellectual level, which is represented by a lexical richness to define professional, cultural, scientific and artistic concepts. The intellectualization of the language of the characters in the works of O. Kobylyanska is revealed through key artistic images represented by lexemes of intellectual semantics and the names of abstract concepts, the use of proper names of prominent persons, the names of works of art (music, literature, philosophy). It is proved that the speech of the characters in the works of O. Kobylyanska is characterized by imagery, metaphorization and aphorism. Since O. Kobylyanska was one of the first to introduce characters of writers, artists, and musicians into literature, she expanded the lexical dictionary of characters through the introduction of «artistic» vocabulary. It was revealed that characters who are representatives of the intellectuals of the late XIX and early XX centuries in Bukovina are educated people, they use borrowed terms from German, French, and Latin languages aptly. The mentality of the characters is directly related to their intellectual level, which is realized in the linguistic context through various linguistic means and forms.
