Українські Карпати: 25 років після Чорнобиля.

Abstract

Представлено результати досліджень забруднення 137Cs ґрунтів та рослин території Українських Карпат. Відмічений підвищений вміст радіоцезію в південній частині Карпат у порівнянні зі Східними Бескидами. Використовуючи результати досліджень залежності зміни забруднення ґрунтів з глибиною, пояснено незначне забруднення 137Cs плодових тіл грибів. Зроблено висновок про малий вклад міграційних процесів на зміну кількості радіонукліда в ґрунтах регіону та превалюючий вклад природного розпаду. We present the results for radiocaesium contamination of the soils and some plants and mushrooms of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The increased content of 137Cs is noted in the southern part of the mountains, when compared with the Eastern Beskydy. Basing on the studies for the soil contamination changes occurring with depth, an insignificant 137Cs-contamination of the fruit bodies of mushrooms and plants is associated with low accessibility level of the radionuclide present in the soil. We conclude that, in the present conditions, the migration processes contribute little to the changes of the radionuclide amounts in the soils of the region.
