Abstract:	The usage the ethereal narcotisation in the ambulatory surgical aid in Transcarpathia started in 1847. The application of the genereal anesthesia in hospitals began in about-20-25 years. Simultaneously there was introduced the antiseptic method into surgical practice. This аІІ made it possible to аррІу the operative treatment оn а larger scale.
