Anomalies of development of the urinary and male reproductive system

Abstract

Part 3 of the guidelines is devoted to an important section of urology abnormalities in the development of the urinary and male reproductive systems. Malformations of the urinary and male reproductive systems occupy an important place in the structure of urological diseases, their timely detection is the key to timely recov ery of the patient. Defects in the development of the genitourinary system are faced primarily by doctors of non urological profile, and therefore they are entrusted with a very important and responsible work to identify these anomalies and further refer p atients to specialized urological treatment. The study of all these important issues is provided by the urology program. The recommended methodical instructions are constructed according to the last requirements on condition of the credit modular system of the organization of educational process. Before studying the topic, the student has the opportunity to get acquainted with the list of all questions of theoretical and practical nature that should be taken into account when mastering the relevant material . The information block is a kind of algorithm for self training. Verification of the mastered material is carried out independently by solving tests of different levels of complexity and situational tasks Methodical instructions are made according to the program on urology for students of higher medical educational institutions of III IV levels of accreditation approved by the Central methodical office on higher medical education of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Kiev, 2008).
