Research methods of the urinary and male reproductive system

Abstract

The study of any clinical discipline is impossible without mastering t he skills of disease diagnosis. This knowledge should be mastered by every future doctor, regardless of the profession he chooses. Deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the diagnosis of urological diseases will greatly help the doctor in the c linic during the examination of patients, differential diagnosis and selection of the most optimal method of treatment. Science does not stand still, the latest medical equipment is constantly appearing, which stimulates the development of new research met hods, so the future doctor must have an arsenal of knowledge of the latest diagnostic urological equipment, be able to properly apply it in practice and interpret the results. The recommended methodical instructions are constructed according to the last re quirements on condition of the credit modular system of the organization of educational process. This includes the availability of the most optimal input of information that the student should receive in preparation for a particular lesson, and different l evels of complexity of tests and situational tasks for self monitoring of the material studied. Methodical instructions are made according to the program on urology for students of higher medical educational institutions of III IV levels of accreditation a pproved by the Central methodical office on higher medical education of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Kiev, 2008). Chapter 2 of the guidelines for the content module 1 includes 2 topics devoted to diagnostic methods in urology.
