Регіональні особливості змін соціокультурного портрета Закарпаття під впливом широкомасштабної агресії рф проти України

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню регіональних особливостей змін соціокультурного портрета сучасної Закарпатської області через початок широкомасштабної агресії російської федерації проти України. Указано, що цей регіон завжди був наповнений перебігом специфічних регіональних соціополітичних подій, явищ і процесів, передусім пов’язаних із мозаїкою соціальних, етнонаціональних та конфесійних відносин, унікальними географічними й кліматичними умовами, прикордонним територіальним статусом, соціокультурними аспектами формування регіональної культури й поведінки та і загалом складною й динамічною історією. Підкреслено особливості географічно-історичної території, унікальність її розташування на перехресті економічних, торгових, національних і культурних шляхів у центрі Європи. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що з початком повномасштабної агресії проти України кількість населення регіону зросла на третину за рахунок внутрішньо переміщених осіб, що в умовах російсько-української війни набуває подальших змістовних і масштабних змін. Наголошено, що основний критерій, що впливає на соціокультурну характеристику, – це людський чинник, тобто населення, яке в конкретний момент населяє регіон. Отже, йдеться про динаміку внутрішньої міграції до Закарпаття з регіонів, які потенційно стали зоною агресії з боку російської федерації. Виділено декілька ключових складників соціокультурного портрета Закарпаття, які є наслідком специфіки історичного розвитку регіону і постають в епіцентрі певних впливів та змін: історичні особливості, мовне різноманіття, культурні традиції та господарсько-економічні аспекти. Автор резюмує, що дослідження необхідно продовжувати й робити соціологічні зрізи для розуміння подальшої та більш повної картини масштабів і змісту впливів війни на мозаїку регіонального соціокультурного ландшафту. А дане дослідження вже може слугувати доказом того, що вимушена міграція українців унаслідок розпочатої широкомасштабної агресії вплинула на соціокультурний портрет Закарпаття, роблячи його більш різноманітним і таким, що змінює певні традиційні стандарти як за соціально-культурними, так і соціально-економічними виявами.

The article is devoted to the study of regional features of changes in the socio-cultural portrait of the modern Zakarpattia region due to the beginning of the large-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. It is indicated that this region has always been filled with the course of specific regional socio-political events, phenomena and processes, primarily related to the mosaic of social, ethno-national and religious relations, unique geographical and climatic conditions, border territorial status, socio-cultural aspects of the formation of regional culture and behavior and in general, a complex and dynamic story. The peculiarities of the geographical and historical territory, the uniqueness of its location at the crossroads of economic, trade, national and cultural paths in the Center of Europe are emphasized. Attention is focused on the fact that with the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the population of the region increased by a third due to internally displaced persons, which in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war acquires further significant and large-scale changes. It is emphasized that the main criterion affecting the socio-cultural characteristics is the human factor, that is, the population that inhabits the region at a specific moment. So, we are talking about the dynamics of internal migration to Zakarpattia from regions that have potentially become a zone of aggression from the Russian Federation. Several key components of the socio-cultural portrait of Zakarpattia are highlighted, which are a consequence of the specificity of the historical development of the region and appear at the epicenter of certain influences and changes: historical features, linguistic diversity, cultural traditions and economic aspects. As a result, the author summarizes that it is necessary to continue the research and make sociological sections in order to understand the further and more complete picture of the scale and content of the effects of the war on the mosaic of the regional socio-cultural landscape. And this study can already serve as proof that the forced migration of Ukrainians as a result of the large-scale aggression that began has affected the socio-cultural portrait of Zakarpattia, making it more diverse and changing certain traditional standards both in terms of socio-cultural and socio-economic manifestations.
