| Abstract: | It has been established that total irradiation of white rats causes the development of free amino acid concentration disbalance in the kidneys already in 48 hours. And in this case levels of cystyne with cystein, histidine, alanine, methionine and leucine with isoleucine increase, but funds of glutaminic acid, threonine, tryptophan, valline decгease. On the 3th and 7 th days of the e[periment the dynamic level decrease of the most of amino acids is observed. However on the 19 th day the volume of the most of free amino acids in the kidneys is decrease both dynamically and regarding their contents in control animals. |
