Abstract: | lt was studied the course of pregnancy and childbirth of 762 women with negative-resus. 28 of them were immunized оn гesus factoгs (3,7%0 with antibody titres 1 : 2 - 1 : 128. Women with negative resus in 77,7% had 0(І) апd А(ІІ) blood groups and they 2 times mоге often cought cold. lt was determined that negative resus belonging has bad influence on the couгse of pregnancy and foetus which is complicated bу the menace of miscarriage, toxicosis and hypoxy of foetus leading to natal losts in 4,5 cases, and in resus immunized from 28 newborn children died 13. For 86 women with гesus negative haemolitic illness of newborn children was due to incompatibility according to АВО scheme. А conclusion was made that the pregnancy with resus negative belonging is necessary to regard as а group of risk and the prophylaxy timely treatment of а resus conflict pregnancy has an important meaning in decreasing the perinatal josts. |
