Позиціонування Гонконгу на глобальній фінансовій арені

Abstract

У статті описано ефективне використання процесів глобалізації, транснаціоналізації та інтеграції економіки Гонконгу у глобальну фінансову систему, що дало змогу території стати фінансовим центром глобального рівня, який представляє Азійсько-Тихоокеанський регіон. Проаналізовано еволюцію фінансової системи Гонконгу, визначено роль податкового законодавства у фінансах та бізнес-кліматі території, підкреслено особливу роль прямого іноземного інвестування в становленні корпоративного сектору Гонконгу. На прикладі досвіду Гонконгу окреслено проблеми розвитку економіки України щодо її євроінтеграційних намірів та очікувань.

It’s described the effective process of the globalization, transnationalization and integration of Hong Kong’s economy in the global financial system, what gives the territory the status of the financial center on the global level, which represents the Asian-Pacific Region. The author points out that Hong Kong has been one of the leading centers for the inward financial sector direct investment and fares well in exports of financial services. Analyzed the evolution in Hong Kong’s financial system; identified the role of the tax laws in finances and business climate of the territory; stressed the special role of the foreign direct investments in the establishing of Hong Kong’s corporate sector; outlined on Hong Kong’s experience the problems in Ukrainian economic development in the way of its European integration intentions and expectations.
