| Abstract: | Expediency of application of physiological methods of оrсhiореxу not connected with tension of spermatic chord and necessity of use of intraopeгative Iymphoscopy to pгevent lymphatic collectoгs injuries when mobilizing spermatic choгd, have been grounded experimentally and appoгoved at clinic. Mechanism of spermatogenesis brеaсh at unilateral cryptorchidis and causes of post-orchiopexy infertility development have been studied in experiment (120 animals) and in clinical practice (31 patient). |
