Динаміка деяких показників глюкокортикоїдної забезпеченості дітей, хворих на бронхіальну астму, під впливом спелеотерапії

Abstract

For 40 % of children with bronchial asthma aged from 7 to 14 years, changes in glucocorticoid level were observed. For 23.2% the GC values were above the norm for 16.2% below the norm. No changes in the average GC values depending on sex are recorded. However, the average decrease in GC level occurs more often in boys than in girls. The most radical decrease of GC value is observed in cases of infection - dependent form of bronchial asthma in the phase of incomplete remission. In cases of atopic bronchial asthma GC level is absolutely normal. After treatment in the microclimate of salt - mines the normalization of GC level is observed in all children irrespective of the form of bronchial asthma.
