Клінічні особливості поєднаних краніоабдомінальних травм з церебральною складовою середнього та важкого ступенів

Abstract

Having analysed 82 cases of cranioabdominal traumas (САТ) with middle and heavy degree's cerebral component, it is concluded, that heavy САТ were rather elements of multyply polytraums, than original nosological units ( 13,4%). Injuries of abdominal organs in case оf heavy САТ were rather multyply, than single (18,9%). Local intensity and sensitivity of abdominal wall wеге more infoгmative in diagnosis of САТ, than diffuse hardness of belly's rnuscles. Sometimes in occasions of preservation of due to pain motive reactions (48,3%) light abdominal injuries could provoke more bright abdominal syndrom, that heavy abdominal trauma. Vomiting and bradycardy gave evidence rather about light trauma of bеІІу, that about heavy abdominal injury. They also concluded, that recent classification of САТ must bе improved with consideration of peculiarities of middle degree's brain contusions and of other extraabdomonal injuries.
