Аналіз стану та передумов розвитку підприємств зернопереробної галузі України

Abstract

Проаналізовано стан та передумови розвитку підприємств зернопереробної галузі України. Стабільне та ритмічне забезпечення технологічного процесу зернопереробки сировинним зерном у необхідній кількості та необхідної якості визначено головною передумовою ефективного розвитку зернопереробних підприємств. Сформульовано основні завдання маркетингової діяльності зернопереробних підприємств у системі закупівлі та постачання сировини: формування та розвиток механізмів оцінки стану наявних й потенційних ринків зерна; дослідження їхнього впливу на діяльність; прогнозування змін та вироблення ефективних засобів програмування необхідних змін.

The state and prerequisites of the development of enterprises of the grain processing industry in Ukraine are analyzed. Stable and rhythmic support of the technological process of grain processing with raw grain in the required quantity and the required quality is determined by the main prerequisite for an effective development of grain processing enterprises. The main task of the marketing activity of grain processing enterprises in the system of raw materials procurement and supply is defined. This task is related not only to the formation and the development of mechanisms for assessing the state of the existing and potential grain markets, but also the investigation of their impact on activities, and forecasting of changes, as well as the development of the effective tools for programming the necessary changes.
