| Abstract: | The case of angina pectoris caused bу taking 10 mg of nifedipin is considered. The physician's attention is called to the necessity of an individualized approach to the ischemic heart disease pharmacotherapy taking into account the pharmacodynamic peculiarities of modern medicaments as well as the pathophysiological peculiarities of а concrete ischemic heart disease clinical form and the systemic hemodynamics state. |
