dc.description.abstract	Two cases of Marfan's syndrome are considered, it being an autosomic-dominant disease with the defect of elastic fibres of the connective tissue. This causes its over-elasticity, tensility and, as а result, the possibility of its tears, ruptures, etc. The conclusion has been made that Marfan's syndrome occurs more often that it is diagnosed, because physicians are unaware of its clinical symptoms.	uk
