| Abstract: | Two cases of Marfan's syndrome are considered, it being an autosomic-dominant disease with the defect of elastic fibres of the connective tissue. This causes its over-elasticity, tensility and, as а result, the possibility of its tears, ruptures, etc. The conclusion has been made that Marfan's syndrome occurs more often that it is diagnosed, because physicians are unaware of its clinical symptoms. |
