Abstract:	The analysis of the prevalence of the children's digestive organs disease in Uzhgorod for the last 5 years is presented which proved to bе increased in gastroenterological pathology. There were researched the functional data of the stomach in 294 children from 3 to 14 years of age using а tube-free method of investigation with evaluation of gastric acidity Ievel, acidoneutralising capacity and evacuation of the gastric content. The typical violations were founded which depended on the age and sex. That makes it possible to determine children's groups of risk for further examination and treatment.
