Ефективність санаторно-курортного лікування хворих, що перенесли інфаркт міокарда при наявності супутнього хронічного обструктивного бронхіту

Abstract

28 patients with myocardial infarction and chronic obstructive bronchitis were examined. In some of them І-ІІ functional class angina pectoris still remained. The treatment depended on pathology manifestation and included special diet, highly dispersed phythoorganic compound aerosol, ionisation, balneotherapy and in necessity cases - some synptomatic medicine. The external гespiration functions parameters (maximal lung ventilation, vital lung capacity, minute respiration volume, ratio of exert expiration volume to vital lung capacity) as well as the central haemodynamics were studied. The main attantion was paid to heart rate frequency, blood pressure, minute blood volume, heart index, total periferic vascular resistance, rheostatic index, diastolic index. The clinical treatment data analysis showed strong dependence of cure results upon differencialy used methods.
