Abstract:	Computer phonocardiograph with the use the fast Fourier transformations gives possibility to obtain and evaluate spectral energy of the first heart sound. Low-frequency component is generated bу cardial muscle and reflects its contractivity. The study of lowfrequency component alteration of energy as well as dynamic of maximal peak under the influence of functional load tests give objective evaluation of cardiac reserve.
